If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will be happy to help you to return or exchange your purchase.

For all online orders, please email us at sales@jenlynndesigns.com

within 14 business days of your delivery date. We will issue a RA# (Return Authorization Number) and you will then have 14 business days to return all items to us. Returns or exchanges received past the deadline are only refunded as store credit.

For all local pickups, you will have 14 business days from the receipt of purchase to return your item to us for and exchange or refund. Returns or exchanges received past the deadline are only refunded as store credit.

How to Process an Online Exchange or Refund

  1. Send an email to sales@jenlynndesigns.com. You will receive an RA #.

  2. Pack the merchandise in its original packaging. Then pack this in a box or mailer that you would get from the parcel store. Use the return label that came with your order.

  3. Ship the merchandise to the following address:

Upon receipt of the item(s), we will credit back the cost of the item(s) including sales tax, less the shipping and handling charges to the original credit card used in the purchase. If you are exchanging the merchandise, the new item(s) will be shipped out (upon availability) within 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when we receive your merchandise and when your new merchandise has been shipped.

We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund or exchange cannot be granted.
